II PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AND COMPLETING ORDERS

5. Orders can be placed using the function of adding a product to the basket and then using the „Order” button

6. In order to correctly complete the order procedure, it will be necessary to create a user account, thanks to which you can also monitor the status of the order.

7. The basic condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion of contact details along with a correct, existing e-mail address and phone number, under which you will be able to confirm the order.

8. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

9. In the event of circumstances that make it completely or temporarily impossible to process an order, MOVEMENT reserves the right to suspend the order - it undertakes to immediately notify the ordering party of such a situation.

10. Orders in which the contact details are incorrectly filled in (non-existent e-mail or no telephone number) will not be processed.

11. Prices of goods in the online store https://morethandog.com.pl are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (gross prices).

12. MOVEMENT issues a receipt on the day of shipment. To receive an invoice, you must indicate this when placing your order and correctly fill in your company details, including your Tax Identification Number.

IV SHIPPING OF ORDERED GOODS

13. Shipping is carried out through the Apaczka shipping broker (https://apaczka.pl).

14. Standard delivery time for products is 2 to 10 business days. Delivery time may change in unforeseen circumstances, of which the Customer will be immediately informed.

V PAYMENT METHODS

15. Online payments are processed through the Tpay.pl service.

VI WARRANTY, COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

17. Products presented in the More Than Dog store are new and covered by manufacturer's/importer's warranty, in accordance with the provisions in their warranty cards, delivered with the product.

18. Complaints regarding electronically provided services should be submitted to the email address: hello@morethandog.com.pl or through the contact form available in the 'Contact' section. The time for processing such a complaint is 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

19. When filing a complaint about a defective product, the Customer is required to inform the Store via email about this fact and deliver the defective product at their own expense to the Store's headquarters along with the warranty card and proof of purchase. The Store does not accept shipments sent at the Store's expense.

20. The time for processing a product complaint is 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. No response within this period means the complaint is considered justified. In the case of manufacturer's warranty, the complaint processing time is specified in the warranty card.

21. Complaints regarding mechanical damage that occurred during transport will only be considered when the Customer checks the goods in the presence of the courier. The condition for accepting this type of complaint will be drawing up a complaint protocol with the delivery person.

22. The Store is not responsible for the time the carrier needs to deliver ordered goods to the specified address. The delivery time of goods by the carrier cannot be the basis for any claims or complaints.

23. Every Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. Withdrawal is only possible when the product has not been used or damaged in any way. The product should be returned in an undamaged, original packaging, along with the proof of purchase received in the shipment. The Store guarantees a refund equal to the product price to the account specified by the Customer. Shipping costs are not refunded. Goods showing signs of damage will be sent back to the Customer at their expense.

VII WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

24. Declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the email address: hello@morethandog.com.pl, or using the form available in the 'Contact' section, in 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

26. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods or proof of their shipment.
